Two Sense Media, LLC

- Company Backgrounder -

TSM was formed by industry veterans to serve the online publishing and education arenas.

Entirely new publishing and e-learning business models are being developed, with radically different pacings and imperatives than previously existed. As the most efficient means of mass communication with low-density audiences yet devised, the web continues to offer tremendous opportunity.

With this opportunity comes challenge. Value-propositions are being redefined, metrics re-written, processes are evolving and cultures are changing perforce. Through the expansion, collapse, and rising re-incarnation of the Internet bubble no right answer has yet been found. But lessons have been learned.

TSM was established to apply these lessons and to continue exploring this new territory. Key players in the company today are:

Worth Bishop

Worth draws on 25 years of diverse business experience in publishing, technology management and e-learning. He focuses on strategy, marketing, and development.

Worth got his first taste of publishing as a strategic planning analyst with the then parent of Redbook, Ladies Home Journal, and Sport magazines, plus a host of special interest publications like Holly Hobby's Home Times and Redbook's You Beauty You.

Prior to starting TSM, Worth was President of Blue Mountain Software, a developer of custom Internet based applications. Blue Mountain built applications for such companies as CNN, Cox Communications, Arthur Andersen, Witness Systems and many others.

Before joining Blue Mountain, Worth was Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Atlantax Systems, Inc. a tax compliance service bureau serving the telecommunications and hospitality industries. Worth's responsibilities included technology, marketing and finance. Here, Worth developed a number of new product efforts, including a web services based model for online compliance processing.

Previously, as CFO of the Information Technology division of Holiday Inn Worldwide, Worth was involved in the development of a number of new applications including the company's first Internet reservations interface.

In what now seems like another lifetime, Worth served with the Central Intelligence Agency as an Operations Officer in the US and in western Europe, with additional activities in South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Worth holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University.

Jim Henager

Jim Henager is a co-founder of TSM and leads technology and systems development for the company. Jim has over 25 years experience including Internet based application development and operations, UNIX systems development and administration, database management, and a wide variety of programming and scripting languages, as well as experience in the design and manufacture of data storage devices.

In 1995 he founded Comstock Net Services, Inc., providing real estate listings integration and web presence to the residential real estate market throughout the United States and Canada. Comstock clients include ReMAX, Coldwell-Banker, Keller-Williams, and other real estate firms. Comstock was also tapped by Microsoft Corp to provide them real estate listings data.

By developing on-line systems that generate verifiable, qualified leads for their clients, Comstock demonstrated its worth, and has become one of the most successful Internet-based companies in the real estate industry.

In 2002, Jim and his partners sold the company to Fidelity National Information Systems, a unit of Fortune 500 company Fidelity National Financial Corp.
